  Duncan is a strange boy, often starring at people for long periods of time, despite this he is a friendly boy, if not odd, often sounding like he's slightly confused whenever he talks. Still he is very hospitable and will always enjoy a friendly conversation.Still, he appears very disconnected from the world, probably because he would much rather be in the sea but must stay in the city for his safety, he's also fairly lonely as not many people talk to him that often

  Not that much is known about his past but it is known that he was moved to the city for fear of being discovered by humans, he had been spotted a few too many times and suspicion was growing. It's theorised that he was moved by his parents but their fate is unknown.
